Use of the the MyWallet card that you received as a sticker, plastic card or digital card in the MyWallet App, the digital wallet of Telekom Deutschland, is no longer possible as of 01 July 2016.
Please ensure that you destroy your plastic card or sticker. The digital card will automatically be deleted from your MyWallet App.
No. Due to the discontinuation of the MyWallet Card access to the MyWallet Card Customer Portal is no longer possible.
In order to retrieve any existing MyWallet Cards Account credit please contact our service team.
Please note: ClickandBuy is not obliged to pay out any amount still available on your account where the account holder makes a request for redemption more than six years after the date of termination of the contract.
Please note that one year after the cancellation of our business relationship the agreed dormant account maintenance fee will be charged and deducted off the credit still available on your MyWallet Cards Account. For more information please refer to our terms and conditions
After the termination of our contractual relationship, any personal data stored will be anonymised or deleted in compliance with all legal requirements. If required, your data may be passed on to any relevant provider or any of our agents, contractors or credit reference agencies for the purpose of transaction processing. No other information will be passed on to any third parties for the purpose of the final account settlement.
Please note that ClickandBuy International Limited is obliged to keep data (usage data) for anti-money laundering purposes for 5 years after the termination of the contract.
To avoid any conflict with the current legal requirements, it is not possible for us to delete the data any earlier. Where data is kept for legal reasons, this will be in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Please make sure to describe your request in as much detail as possible so our service team can follow up the query as efficiently as possible.
Please ensure you never provide your MyWallet Cards MasterCard or Maestro number or any other card number completely. Make sure to only provide the first six and the last four digits of your 16-digit card number (123456xxxxxx1234). Enquiries that contain full card numbers will be deleted immediately from our systems for security and compliance reasons.
With the termination of the ClickandBuy Service and after the transition period, which ended on 26 August 2016, it will no longer be possible to log into your account. For further questions please contact our service team.
In order to initiate a payout of any funds still available on your ClickandBuy account after the termination date has become effective, please contact our service team.
Please note that after the termination of the service it will no longer be possible to fund your ClickandBuy account or to update or change payment methods.
ClickandBuy is not obligated to pay out any funds that may still be on your account six years after the termination date and closure of your ClickandBuy account.
Please note that beginning one year after the cancellation of our business relationship the agreed ‘Dormant Account Maintenance Fee’ will be charged and deducted from any funds remaining in your ClickandBuy account. Further information regarding the ‘Dormant Account Maintenance Fee’ can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
After the termination of our business contracts, the data stored on our systems will be anonymised and subsequently deleted, in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
ClickandBuy International Limited is obliged to store any necessary data (usage data) for anti-money laundering purposes for a period of five years after the termination of the business relationship. In order to comply with the regulations it is not possible for us to delete the data any earlier.
The termination of the ClickandBuy service has no influence on existing claims, meaning they remain valid.
If you have agreed to make payments in installments, we will hand over the processing of these installments to our collection agency. After the termination of the ClickandBuy service, the settlement of any outstanding payments will only be possible with the collection agency themselves. The bank details for the collection agency can be found in their correspondence to you.

Due to the termination of the ClickandBuy service, recurring payment transactions with ClickandBuy are no longer available.
If you have given consent to recurring payment transactions with one of our merchants, please make sure you contact the merchant directly in order to find out what alternative payment methods they can offer to ensure a smooth payment transition.
Please contact the provider or online shop directly in order to get more information regarding other payment methods currently available, as these options vary depending on the shop.
