I have already done payments with giropay, iDEAL or eps. Why can’t I pay with it now?

Due to the following reasons it may occur that you cannot use giropay, iDEAL or eps for some payment although you may have used giropay, iDEAL or eps payments before:
  1. It is not possible to pay with giropay, iDEAL or eps for subscriptions and offers that require easy collect authorisation.
  2. The amount of the payment is too low: giropay allows payments in the amount of at least 5 EUR.
