The spending limit.
What is a spending limit?
A spending limit is the maximum amount of money available to you for a transaction. There are two spending limits with ClickandBuy:
- A personal spending limit which you as a customer can create in your ClickandBuy account and
- an individual spending limit generated by the ClickandBuy system which is dependent upon your account status (verified, not verified)
Personal spending limit
You can set your personal spending limit yourself in your ClickandBuy account. Log in to the ClickandBuy Portal with your user name and password at. Use the tab to switch to the Settings area and click on the menu item Set account limits. You can now set the maximum monthly spending limit.
You can also protect your personal spending limit against third-party access by setting up a separate password for this area. The spending limit can only be changed by you.System generated ClickandBuy spending limit
You have no direct influence on this spending limit. The spending limit available to you for purchases is calculated individually based on payment method and your account status. If you exceed the system-generated spending limit in a transaction (for example, a purchase or deposit), the system will automatically offer you other ways in which you can increase your spending limit. Among these are:
- Change in account status Verified.
- Changing payment methods.
