How can I receive a disbursement?
If you have credit on your ClickandBuy account, you can have this credit disbursed. In doing so, some security regulations must be observed:

- Confirmed bank account
In order to ensure that when a disbursement is made the credit is really transferred to your bank account, ClickandBuy normally only permits disbursements to be made to confirmed bank accounts. If your bank account is not confirmed, a confirmation process is automatically initiated by ClickandBuy. For more information, please read the What is confirming of a payment method? section.
How do I find out if my bank account is already confirmed? Log in at ClickandBuy with your user name and password to access your ClickandBuy account. Click on the Settingstab. Under the menu item payment method you will find an overview of your bank accounts and information about their status.
- Unconfirmed bank account
You can have your credit paid into an unconfirmed bank account. However, for this transaction, ClickandBuy charges you a small risk premium (see the help pages on service fees).
If you would like to have your bank account confirmed, please go to the Settings tab in your ClickandBuy account. Under the menu item payment method you will find an overview of your bank accounts and information about their status. Then choose your bank account and click on the Confirm link. Then follow the instructions on the screen.
