How do I change my account settings?
You can access this area of your ClickandBuy account through the Settings tab. On the right-hand side you find the following menu items:
After each purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of the transaction from our reporting service. This will give you the opportunity to have a clear overview of all your purchases.
The transaction confirmation contains information about the offer and the merchant. It also includes the price and time of the purchase. If you have additional questions about the offer, you will also find more information here. At the beginning and the end of the email, you can find your user name and customer number, which our Customer Service Team will need if you have any questions.
If you no longer wish to receive transaction confirmations by email, this feature can be turned off in your ClickandBuy account. Log in with your user name and password at ClickandBuy and select the Settings tab. Then click on the menu item Profile. Under the heading General Settings you can change the transaction confirmation. Then click on the change button.
What is my ClickandBuy account?
- payment method
In this area, you can add additional payment methods to make payments via ClickandBuy or change your current payment method. You can also manually initiate the confirmation process for a payment method.
- Profile
If your telephone number, street address or email address changes, you can update this information here. Please keep your profile data up to date. By doing so, you will avoid problems with invoicing and ensure that our Customer Service Team can contact you easily if they need to.
You may also subscribe to our ClickandBuy newsletter. It's free, of course, and gives you the chance to find out about valuable content, services and much more. The subscription to the newsletter is also easily cancelled at any time from your account management.
- Change Password
If you want to change your password, you can enter a new one here. You can use this feature if you receive a new password through your security question. Make sure that you are the only one who knows your password!
Make a note of your password and username and store them in a safe place to prevent misuse. ClickandBuy employees will never ask you for your password.
- Verify Account
You can manually initiate the verification of your ClickandBuy account in this area. Just follow the instructions on the screen.
- Set account limits
Set your own spending limit! That way you can make sure that you don't spend any more money than you want to. You can also activate our content filter for children. You can easily and quickly change or cancel the spending limit you've set and the content filter for children anytime. If you share your ClickandBuy account with others, such as family members, you can also set separate passwords for them.
- Privacy Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority at ClickandBuy. Part of our mission is to protect your privacy. ClickandBuy uses a secure transfer process – so-called ”Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transmission – to process your customer information. The confidentiality of your personal data is very important to us.
When you register, you agree to allow ClickandBuy to store your personal information. You can view your data storage agreement in this area.
