Have you forgotten your user name?
User name = email address
Your user name is usually the same as your email address. It is normally assigned at registration. Please try your email address first together with the password you set.
If you can’t remember which email address you used or if you selected a different user name, please check your emails. Normally, you will receive an invoice from us each month in which you use our services. In special circumstances, our system can also send you an email containing your user name.
If you registered with ClickandBuy using a cell phone or through a provider of content for cell phones, your cell phone number may also be used as your user name.
Please note: Your user name is established when you register and cannot be changed later.
