• Starting at a certain dimension, online merchants must be certified with the PCI Data Security Standard for Visa/MasterCard to process or store credit card data themselves. This is expensive and time-consuming.
• Store your customers' credit card and bank details with DataSave.
• This solution enables an encoded and certified storage of data under a distinct ID.
• You can access the data at any time, e.g. for calculating subsequent delivery or regular payments.

Increase of customer satisfaction with DebitNote

With DebitNote you can transmit additional information on payment by direct debit. This payment data appears on the customers' account statements and makes it easier for them to assign their payments. As an example, by stating case or reference numbers you can avoid unnecessary charge backs and more quickly reply to customer inquiries.
