Despite inquiry to the merchant, your products have not been shipped to you within reasonable time? Simply contact our Service Team, and we will do our best to ensure you receive the ordered goods. Or alternatively, by accepting your Buyer Protection request, we may reimburse you the full purchase amount including shipping costs.
That’s how it works:
In order for us to help you, please ensure the following conditions apply:
- The goods in question were fully paid for with ClickandBuy.
- Your purchase is shippable by post. Services such as vehicles, digital goods or e-books, are unfortunately not included.
- You have allowed a reasonable time frame for delivery, and following your inquiry to the merchant, the merchant has not sent the goods or canceled the transaction.
In this case, please contact the ClickandBuy Service Team via our contact form. Select the subject “purchases and subscriptions” and the sub-category “cancel a purchase” or “complaint” and fill in the form. We will get in touch with you promptly and inform you about the next steps.
