ClickandBuy reserves the right to suspend the account after having verified your registration and website details.

ClickandBuy shall charge a fixed USD $ 6.00 processing fee for each End Offer Charge that is (for whatever reason) cancelled or reversed. Where ClickandBuy has taken such reasonable measures as ClickandBuy regard as appropriate to retrieve Offer Charges from an End User and ClickandBuy have been unable to retrieve the Offer Charges, this will result in the deregistration of the End User for which the Merchant will be charged a fee of USD $ 6.00 to cover in part the administrative costs incurred by ClickandBuy in performing its debt collection process. In order to cover its service, support, registration and call centre costs, ClickandBuy shall charge the Merchant USD $ 0.05 per annum for each of their purchasing End Users.
