What is ClickandBuy?

What is web cash?
Until recently, shopping online was almost impossible if you didn't have or want to share your credit card or bank account details. ClickandBuy solves this problem with the introduction of web cash! Basically, ClickandBuy now allows you to spend prepaid cash online. Gone are the days when you needed plastic to be an online shopper!
How does it work?
Simply buy a ClickandBuy voucher from any of the 29,000 Payzone outlets throughout the UK to fund your ClickandBuy account. Using web cash is just like topping up your mobile phone!
Is it a secure way to pay for goods online?
Yes. Because you don't need to disclose your credit card or bank details over the internet and you can never spend more than what you've prepaid.
What are the maximum and minimum amounts of money I can top up my account with?
The maximum amount of money you can top up your account with is £350GBP. The minimum is £5GBP.
How long does it take for a top up to be effective?
Once you have purchased the top-up voucher, you simply go online to enter the PIN.
Do I get a reference number when I top up?
Yes. You will receive a receipt number on your top-up voucher when you make a cash deposit into your account.
Do I need to be over 18 to pay with ClickandBuy Cash?
No. You don't need to be over 18 to use a ClickandBuy account. However, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian if you are under 18.
I'm a parent; can my children use ClickandBuy Cash?
ClickandBuy Cash requires parents to go online and set up the account and set parental limits before under 18s can use the account.

You can purchase a voucher wherever you see the pink payzone logo. There are currently 28,000 outlets in the UK alone. Use the store locator at

I already have a ClickandBuy account; do I need to do anything to activate web cash?
No. As an existing ClickandBuy customer, web cash is available to you automatically. All you need to do is find a payzone outlet, buy a top-up voucher and go online to top up your account.
I'm an existing ClickandBuy merchant; do I need to do anything to integrate web cash into my payment options?
No. The integration of web cash is simple and easy. You don't have to do anything. Though - it would be a good idea to inform your customers so you can gain maximum benefits from the service.
