Do I have to cancel ClickandBuy?
Cancellation is not required
As a user, you are not required to cancel expressly, since you incur no charges or other obligations to ClickandBuy. All you need to do is simply stop using the system.
If you want to cancel your membership, just send us an email, indicating your customer number.

You will then receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email.
Please note: After cancellation, you will have to completely reregister to be able to make purchases through ClickandBuy. Your old account cannot be reactivated. It will not be possible to use your old user name (usually your email address) again if you reregister, since it will remain blocked after a cancellation. For this reason, we recommend that you simply stop using your ClickandBuy account rather than cancelling it. We hope we will be able to convince you to use our service again at some later date.
