Conditions – Donations

Professional e-fundraising, charitable projects and administration for not-for-profit organisations with the ClickandBuy Donation module.

 

We will be pleased to help you organise your project by using the ClickandBuy payment system to receive contributions. Starting at a minimum donation amount of 5 EUR.

 

Invoices issued by us up to a value of 100 EUR are automatically accepted as charitable donations by the authorities – you don't lose a single cent of the donation!

 

Before using the ClickandBuy Donation module, you will need to produce evidence of your not-for-profit status from the authorities, as we are only permitted to offer our payment system to officially recognised charities.


You pay the following fees for us to handle the payment processes:

 

  • an initial setup charge of 500 EUR plus VAT


    This charge is treated as a donation and deducted; it is then passed on to us in the form of a donation receipt.

 

  • 5% per transaction

    as a commission fee, independent of the monthly volume.

 

If you would like to use ClickandBuy as a payment system for online donations, please send us an e-mail (link below) with your contact information and your URL. Please attach a PDF or JPG file which documents your not-for-profit status. As soon as we have verified your application, we will e-mail you a link to the registration process for the Donation module.
