CHARLES FRAENKL

Appointed on 1 December 2008, Charles Fraenkl is CEO of the ClickandBuy Group.

Prior to this Fraenkl had been CEO of AOL Deutschland and of Vodafone Information Systems, and Director of the Corporate Customer Division at the cellphone provider E-Plus. Previously, he had established and headed the Data and Multimedia Products Divisions at the communications company Swisscom.

DR CHRISTOPH KURPINSKI

Since 1 May 2009, Dr Christoph Kurpinksi has been CTO of the ClickandBuy Group and CEO of CBS GmbH.

Thanks to his experience in a range of management positions in the communication and information technology sector, Dr Kurpinski has exactly the professional background that the ClickandBuy Group needs for this period of increased expansion.
