Conditions and registration for retail merchants

The commission fee applicable to the merchant for payments by customers via ClickandBuy:

2.9 % + 0.35 EUR per transaction

- 19,95 EUR registration and set up fee
- 19,95 EUR monthly service fee
- no further transaction fees

ClickandBuy shall charge a fixed EUR 6.00 processing fee for each End User order cancellation received and processed by the ClickandBuy Call Centre. Where ClickandBuy has taken such reasonable measures as ClickandBuy regard as appropriate to retrieve Sales Revenue from an End User and ClickandBuy have been unable to retrieve the Sales Revenue, this will result in the deregistration of the End User for which the Merchant will be charged a fee of EUR 6.00 to cover in part the administrative costs incurred by ClickandBuy in performing its debt collection process. In order to cover its service, support, registration and call centre costs, ClickandBuy shall charge the Merchant per each of their purchasing End User EUR 0.10 per annum.
All prices stated are net prices plus VAT.
