Student Helpers System Integration (Male/Female)
To support our team located in Cologne we are looking for a highly motivated
- You will integrate our ClickandBuy platform into the merchant’s websites in coordination with our Sales and Development teams
- You provide Pre-Sales Support for our Sales and Marketing Department and advice to potential new customers
- You provide After-Sales Care as central Point of Contact to all questions of the Merchants with regard to their implementations
- You support Quality Assurance of existing integrations
Your Profile:
- Excellent communication, cooperation, and coordination skills as well as experience in dealing with customers, ideally in the After-Sales area
- Studying Information Technology or equivalent
- Proficient in communicating on technical level
- Detailed knowledge about Internet Technologies
- Basic knowledge in PHP, JSP. ASP, SQL, XML, SOAP and experiences in E-Commerce would be beneficial
- Fluent in German and English
